Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Write full scale project plans with milestone dates for critical deliverables to key accounts.
• Identify obstacles and drive corrective actions to achieve results by assigned dates.
• Communicate progress of projects to all stakeholders with organized documentation.
• Manage budget for each program purchase order.
• Integrate the activities in ECOs, re-quotes to customer, or approvals between both parties.
• Review customer satisfaction data, and identify actions to improve results.
• Identify additional product or service offerings that align to key accounts.
• Integrate with Sales team to improve performance on key accounts.
• Maintain quarterly performance scorecards for assigned accounts.

Skills & Experience:

• Engineering background in the area of RF and microwave helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• A thorough understanding of the product life cycle.
• Ability to juggle many projects and consistently deliver results despite multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interpersonal skills consistent with an entrepreneurial, small-company environment where teamwork is of the utmost importance.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Relentlessly high quality standards, accuracy and extreme attention to detail.
• A history of positive teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RF/Microwave Design Engineer

• Expected to design and develop products from scratch that will meet customers’ requirements
• Calculating the circuit element values, generating a physical layout, designing mechanical packaging, and working on processes that will be used in production
• Ability to utilize computer simulation tools such as Ansoft Designer, HFWorks, SolidWorks Simulation, and AutoCad
• Will work closely with other team members to transfer designs into detailed drawings and procedures that are required in order to successfully build and test products
• Support project documentation such as various design and failure analysis and qualification test reports
• Requires interpersonal skills associated with working closely with the group’s various functional areas and management to support operations and key initiatives in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Hands on bench support for a wide assortment of programs

• BS in Electrical Engineering
• Thorough knowledge of Electromagnetic modeling tools
• A strong background in RF mechanical packaging and processes
• Proficient PC skills
• Eligible for a security clearance
• US Citizenship required
