Quadraphase modulators accept two data inputs which phase modulate an RF signal with a relative four phase output of 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°. Modulation can be accomplished using analog or digital driver circuits. This custom series is available from 10-1000 MHz center frequencies, each with a minimum bandwidth of +/-10%. These modulators are used in applications which generate high data rate QPSK signals.

Single Sideband Modulators are also available. These devices provide modulation of only one output sideband. The other output, as well as the carrier, are cancelled internally using vector cancellation. The level of cancellation is usually expressed as sideband rejection ration in dB. SSM modulators include two 90° hybrids, two bi-phase modulators and a combiner. These devices are used in place of complex filter networks and provide minimum group delay.
